Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms offers two world-class golf courses. Renowned designer, Tom Fazio, planned both of the Wild Dunes golf courses. The Links Course and The Harbor Course offer challenging golf and incredible views.
The Links Course and the Harbor Course are located conveniently inside Wild Dunes Resort, one of Charleston’s best golf resorts, and they are open to the public. Play one, or both, of the Wild Dunes golf courses while you are visiting the IOP.
Wild Dunes golf courses are known for their challenging golf and spectacular views. Playing a round on The Links Course offers fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Harbor Course features views of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway and surrounding salt marshes. Book a tee time and find Wild Dunes greens fees.
Both of the Isle of Palms golf courses are exceptionally well-designed. So, playing a round at The Links or Harbor Course will be a day any golfer will remember!
Mt. Pleasant Golf Courses
The Isle of Palms is located just minutes from Mt. Pleasant, SC. Mt. Pleasant is home to several other challenging golf courses. Mt. Pleasant Golf Courses include Patriot’s Point Links, Rivertowne Country Club-Golf Course, Dunes West Golf Club, and Charleston National Golf Club.
Patriot’s Point Links is a golf course located in the center of Mt. Pleasant that overlooks Charleston Harbor. The course provides exceptional views of Shem Creek, the City of Charleston, Fort Sumter, and Sullivan’s Island.
Charleston National Golf Club, Dunes West Golf Club, and Rivertowne Country Club are conveniently located only 20 minutes from Isle of Palms. These Mount Pleasant golf courses cater to golfers of all skill levels and provide breathtaking views of the Wando River, Copahee Sound, and the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. If you’re visiting Isle of Palms, you can easily play one or more of these excellent golf courses in Mount Pleasant.
Charleston Golf Courses
Charleston, SC, offers three other popular golf courses nearby. One is the Municipal Golf Course, open all year round, seven days a week. The “Muni,” as it’s known locally, has undergone a significant renovation recently. To play at the “Muni,” you must reserve tee times seven days ahead.
Also located in Charleston is Shadowmoss Country Club. Shadowmoss is located on Ashley River Rd. in the Plantation District. Play a round at Shadowmoss and visit Drayton Hall Plantation or Magnolia Gardens. Two must-see attractions in Charleston. The Municipal Golf Course and Shadowmoss are two of the Charleston area’s oldest courses.
Also located just South of Charleston is The Links at Stono Ferry in Hollywood, SC, Stono Ferry is a challenging course with beautiful views of the Stono River.
Although golfing opportunities abound near Isle of Palms, book your tee times as early as possible. These popular courses book fast, especially during the Summer months.
